Weeks turn into months.
Yet still we’re left with all this pain,
And grief we must confront.”
 
Grief is a lonely journey on a path that is anything but linear. It’s hard enough to process when you’re going through it; it’s harder still for those around you to understand.
 
In this deeply personal poetry collection, a grieving mother bares her heart and puts pen to paper. It’s everything she might want to say to herself, to the people around her, and to the child who will always be in her heart. 
 
And it’s for anyone! For those who have lost a loved one, and also for those who’ve never experienced grief. 
 
From One Heart to Another gives grief a voice, and helps you be more grief-aware. But most importantly, it helps you feel less alone, hopefully shining some light in the darkness.
